Our knowledge engine, Advisor, uses the patient’s problem profile to match and identify both known and obscure patterns extracted by PKC from information in the best peer-reviewed literature. It provides clinicians with instant decision support whenever it’s required:
- A comprehensive differential diagnosis, or
- An evidence-based set of individualized management options
Because the problem profiles are saved as .xml documents and encounter notes, a record of evidence-based literature sources for every diagnosis or management option is always available. These same .xml documents can be used by our client organizations to identify recurring patterns in their patient populations.
