It contains audio, video, and textual aids to understanding and using Couplers. To receive a copy of the Getting Started CD, call 866- 256-2001 (toll-free) or send an e-mail to CustomerRelations@pkc.com. -------------------------------------------------- INSTALLING AND USING COUPLERS -------------------------------------------------- Installation of Couplers for Windows is described in the Installation Guide. An electronic version of the guide is installed with the software (Install.pdf). It is also available on the Installation CD and on the Web at www.pkc.com/linkto.aspx?path=install_win. Printed copies of the Installation Guide are provided to new customers and by request. NOTE: You need Adobe Reader 5.0 or later to read the Installation Guide. NOTE: Passwords for the Coupler Software and medical content you licensed are included with the Installation CD. After installation, consult the online Coupler Help for detailed information about the use and administration of Couplers. To access the Coupler Help, follow these steps: 1. Start the Coupler application. From the Windows taskbar, select Start > Programs > Couplers > Couplers. The Please Read Carefully screen appears. 2.
