In the future, PKC will be offering a web-based medical informatics application which allows providers to dynamically explore symptoms, conditions, and risk factors in a way that illuminates the known relationships between these clinical concepts.

For more than 20 years, we have been carefully hand-feeding facts, concepts and relationships from the medical literature into the KnowledgeNet. This proprietary database has long been the organizing technology behind our Profiler and Advisor products. With Explorer, for the first time ever, clinicians can plumb the depths of the PKC KnowledgeNet directly, quickly uncovering hidden patterns and information relationships.

This tool will enable clinicians to quickly build real-time patient models and test them against the KnowledgeNet for known patterns in the evidence-based literature. It will also permit ad hoc queries against the most sophisticated clinical database available.
